Business studies cover accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and strategy. Conversely, economics concerns producing, distributing, and consuming goods and services. It involves studying how individuals, organizations, and governments allocate resources and make decisions to achieve their goals. Economics is divided into microeconomics, which focuses on the behavior of individuals and firms, and macroeconomics, which looks at the economy's overall performance. Social development is concerned with improving social and economic conditions for people, particularly those marginalized or disadvantaged.
